What we do
Curved, ornamental and gold-leaf mosaic is not general tiling work. It needs setters who can read a shop drawing, hold a pattern across a compound curve, and keep a joint line true over thirty metres. Manufacturers make the mosaic. We are the people who put it on the building.

How the work happens
Sheets arrive numbered to a setting-out drawing. Much of the work is checked face-down on the bench before anything is committed, but what goes on the building still has to be cut in, aligned and closed by hand — which is where the experience actually shows.

Alex Mosaic installs architectural glass and gold-leaf mosaic, and supplies trained setters to the sites that need them. We are the crew that mosaic manufacturers and main contractors bring in when the material has to go up correctly the first time — over twenty years, in Saudi Arabia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and across India.
Who runs it
Founder — 30+ years in the industry
Thirty years of mosaic work, from workshop benches in India to scaffolds in Makkah, Astana and Tashkent. He still reads the setting-out drawings himself and still goes to site.
